Boat dealerships are underserved by software. We build for them specifically.

Seasonality, manufacturer warranty rules, rigging, trailers, service bays that empty out in November. Software built for car lots doesn't know any of that. Ours does.

Why this company exists

Most software sold to boat dealerships was designed for car dealerships and adapted afterward. The vocabulary is wrong, the workflows are wrong, and the vendor's biggest customers are never boat stores, so marine problems never make it to the top of the list.

Meanwhile the actual work of running a dealership has real, specific friction. Warranty claims get denied over paperwork. Customers who were ready to buy go quiet. Service managers keep the important things in their heads because nothing in the system was built to hold them.

RevLineOS exists to close that gap, one problem at a time.

We start in the dealership

Every product begins with a specific store and a specific problem that costs them something every week. If we can't name the problem in one sentence, we don't build.

We build until it holds up

The software runs inside that dealership, used by the people who own the problem, until it survives a busy Saturday without anyone working around it.

Then it becomes a product

Only once it's proven do other dealerships get to subscribe. Nothing on our products page skipped this step.

Who's behind it

A founding partner with long-term commitment, and a small team that has spent time on the dealership side of the counter.

Where this is going, honestly

Long term, we want RevLineOS to be the place a boat dealership brings any operational problem and expects it to get solved. That's the direction. It is not where we are yet.

Today the company is focused on proving what we've built inside real dealerships. Every product that follows will come from a dealer, not a whiteboard.
